Not sure where to start?

Most business owners we speak to know something isn't working — processes that depend on one person, tools that don't talk to each other, or a team spending too long on tasks that should be simple. A Systems Audit gives you a clear picture of where the friction is and what to do about it. There's no obligation to work with us afterwards, and if you do, the audit fee is credited back against your first project.

What we look at

People

Who does what, where knowledge lives, and whether the right people have the right access. We look at how your team actually works day-to-day — not just the org chart.

Process

How work flows from start to finish. We map out the steps, spot the bottlenecks, and identify where things fall through the cracks or depend too heavily on one person.

Technology

The tools and systems you currently use — what's working, what's costing you time, and where off-the-shelf software is being stretched beyond what it was designed to do.

At the end, you’ll have a written report (Full Audit) or a clear set of recommendations (Lite Audit) with between one and three options for what to address first — options we’d stand behind ourselves.

Not sure which to choose?

Choose the Full Audit if:

  • You want a detailed, written record you can share with your team
  • Your business has multiple departments or complex workflows
  • You prefer to meet in person and go deep

Choose the Lite Audit if:

  • You have a fairly clear idea of the problem and want a second opinion
  • You’d rather start small and see how we work together
  • You’re comfortable with a conversation rather than a formal report

Whichever you choose, the fee is credited back in full if you go on to work with us. There’s no pressure either way — the audit is designed to be useful on its own.
